Allison is a licensed architect and certified city planner in the State of Ohio with experience in non-profit, for-profit and government development. As the Managing Director of Major Projects at GCP, she is singularly responsible for supporting the GCP leadership team in the visioning, management and implementation of large scale, catalytic real estate and economic development projects in the Cleveland Central Business District, core neighborhoods and for reimagining the vastly underutilized lakefront and riverfronts, working collaboratively with public, private and philanthropic entities to advance the region’s strategy for attracting and retaining talent in Northeast Ohio. In this leadership capacity, she builds trust, relationships and orchestrates project development internally and with ecosystem partners with singular focus and proven results. She additionally serves as a GCP strategy leader to influence large scale, catalytic real estate and economic development projects along Cleveland's Lakefront, Riverfront, and in Downtown Cleveland as part of GCP’s Appealing Communities strategic priority. In Spring 2019 I founded the Cleveland Chapter of the international philanthropy, the Awesome Foundation. I recruited over 25 fellow Trustees who contribute to a revolving fund in order to give out $1,000 grants quarterly to individuals and non-profits doing truly 'awesome' work in Greater Cleveland. Euclid Waterfront Improvements Plan – As the City of Euclid’s chief planner, Allison comprehensively manages the award-winning $30Millon, multi-phased 8-acre lakefront development to provide unprecedented public access to Lake Erie through the creation of a pier, ¾ mile boardwalk, beach and marina which moreover serve to mitigate a rapidly eroding shoreline and restore historic habitat. She is responsible for the constructability of Phase II – called brilliant and precedent setting for the Great Lakes by PD art and architecture critic Steven Litt (11.2017) - including gaining easement agreements from over 100 property owners in the project area, writing and administration over $7M in federal, state and county grant funds for implementation, and design and contract coordination between the contractor, engineer, landscape architect and regulators. Phase II, which serves as one of the largest projects the Ohio Department of Natural Resources’ Coastal Management Office has permitted, involves the continuous management of numerous property owners including private residents, management companies, and developers. Furthermore, Allison promotes the development project through innovative practices including hosting mobile workshops, virtual reality ‘tours’, and partner cultivation.Euclid Master Plan – Allison's role includes the development and administration of the city’s Master Plan, adopted by City Council in Spring 2018, including the curation of an extensive public process including survey tools and stakeholder engagement meetings. She was responsible for soliciting, interviewing, and selecting Steering Committee stakeholders; coordinating meetings dates and locations; and served as the City’s liaison to Cuyahoga County Planning. As an advocate for designing resilient communities, complete streets, public art, and smart growth, Allison’s influence on the Plan will impact future planning and development.

Lukacsy-Love lead the brand and naming development, campus plan design and development at the conceptual stage, and presentations to City of Cleveland Design Review and Planning Commission. Lukacsy-Love was responsible for the on-boarding and coordination of partners including future tenants, City Council and CDC offices, and City of Cleveland Economic Development.

The pro-bono, volunteer-led studio established through AIA Cleveland was introduced in 2012 to serve the east side Cleveland community afflicted by the Sowell Murders on Imperial Avenue. This group of architects, designers, and landscape architects joined City Council members, residents of the neighborhood as well as family members affected by the tragedies to create a park in honor of the 11 female victims.

From concept to execution, designing a 70,000 sq. ft. pavilion for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo to open May 2010 for Broad A.C., corporate sponsor and supplier of non-electric chillers to 200+ pavilions (non-electric cooling at the Expo over 6 months time is the equivalent of planting 4 million trees!). The focus of the pavilion is on climate change and sustainability. We ask the question: How can we, all seven billion people living on planet Earth, change our direction and live happier, fuller lives?

I currently work under the construction manager on nine homes in a development in Clayton, New Jersey. I make all aestheic finishing decisions as well as redesign the floor plans of five new homes to meet the clients' needs and desires. It is very rewarding to work with Habitat and truly impact the homeowners' lives.
