After finalization of the data included in the submittals has been completed and corrected the data is loaded into the PowerLOG-J database. Reviewed data and the graphics received from SAC for correctness before being published in the Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) published for the BLACK HAWK Helicopter System. Reviewed DA Form 2028, Recommended Changes to Publications to determine if corrective action should be taken. If corrective action is required a Publications Change Request (PCR) is generated to assure the next revision of the affected Publication reflects the corrective action.
