Performs in-depth Cyber Intelligence Analysis through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), the evaluation of internal and external logistical processes, and the review of cyber vulnerabilities that directly supports Section 1647 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Conducts evaluations of Program Protection Plans (PPP), Critical Program Information (CPI), Risk Analysis Assessments that support a Risk Management Plan, and component analysis to verify if organizations comply with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) procedures and protocols according to NIST SP 800-161.

Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Project Lead that serves as the primary interface between the customer and the IMI development team, provides leadership and guidance to the team, regular status to the customer, and project schedule for the USAMC Logistics Support Activity Global Support Center (GSC) located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Works with the GSC, Customer Assistance Division (CAD) and a team of trainers/training developers to define requirements, create new training material/products, and release products for distribution within the Army Community. Responsible for the development of Training Tutorial Videos, e-Learning, and Training Support Packages, to include Voice Over recording and edits, graphics, and animations.

Defines, develops, directs, and monitors customer support programs from concept through disposal to satisfy requirements for ongoing: product support, training, documentation, spares, repairs, overhaul, equipment provisioning, tooling, data and other related services. Represents the company with commercial and military customers to analyze, develop and execute training, provides logistics support, including supply system, maintenance concepts, techniques and policies, logistics plans, system programming and allocation of materiel acquisition policy and program requirements. Analyzes and provides recommendations concerning: training, maintenance, support documentation, distance learning, AKO /Milsuite based communication, and fielding during all phases of the system life cycle. May analyze and provide recommendations concerning the logistics of such issues as transportation, storage and safety. Responsible for writing, training and updating classes on the M41 Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS). Provide support for Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided (TOW) missile live fire to ensure gunner safety and missile information is collected. Trains soldiers to be Train-The-Trainers (TTT) on the Stryker Anti-Tank, Guided Missile (ATGM) Modified Improved Target Acquisition System (MITAS). Participates in the testing of software upgrades for the M41 ITAS.

Reviewed, verified and prepared Provisioning Data Materials for the Black Hawk Program Manager, Utility Helicopters Project office. Reviewed submittals of data for assemblies, sub-assemblies, and piece parts submitted by Sikorsky Air Craft (SAC), contractor for all models of the BLACK HAWK Helicopter. Reviews include reviewing all Provisioning List Item Sequence Numbers (PLISN) submitted for loading into the PowerLOG-J database for accuracy and correct format. The files utilized for this effort include: the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) to determine the correct Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGEC), Part Number (PN) and National Stock Number (NSN) to be used, the Information Handling Service (IHS) file to determine the correct specification number to be used, and the Engineering Data Information System (EDIS) file for verification of the Next Higher Assembly (NHA) and quantity of the piece part. After finalization of the data included in the submittals has been completed and corrected the data is loaded into the PowerLOG-J database. Reviewed data and the graphics received from SAC for correctness before being published in the Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) published for the BLACK HAWK Helicopter System. Reviewed DA Form 2028, Recommended Changes to Publications to determine if corrective action should be taken. If corrective action is required a Publications Change Request (PCR) is generated to assure the next revision of the affected Publication reflects the corrective action.

Manages a five person E-Learning 2.0 Development Team in the development of computer based interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) modules and tutorials for the Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and the Blackboard Learning System. All products are Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 2. Conducts Command and Control operations to ensure E-Learning 2.0 software development Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are kept through requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Creates project management schedules to identify milestones, activities, and deliverables to guarantee all completion dates are met. Designs a graphical representation prior to the development phase giving the customer complete visibility through the use of mock-ups and storyboard software. Published eleven computer based training IMI and tutorials located in LOGSA’s LIW and the U.S. Army’s Quartermaster School, Logistics Training Department.

Provided services at USAMC LOGSA Global Support Center, assuring critical actions are integrated and properly executed, providing a cohesive approach to logistics support requirements. Conducted in-house and off-site training instruction, plans, operations and integration visibility of Web Base Applications, for the Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) suite. These applications include Automated Reset Management Tool (ARMT), Web Logistics Integrated Data Base (WEB LIBD), Readiness Predictive Analyzer (RPA), Parts Tracker, and Business Intelligence (My BI tools). Other applications include, Army Serial Number Tracker (ARSNT), ASC-COP, ARFORGEN COP (Common Operating Picture) and 360 Readiness Tools. Provided expertise on the Army Total Asset Visibility (ATAV), Army Integrated Logistic Analysis Program (ILAP). Conduct research and analysis of Military/DoD regulations; understand Logistics Integrated Data Base, and Army Wholesale and Retail Supply Systems. Performed analysis across-the-board for LOGSA business processes and, business rules. Provided assistance, guidance and planning recommendations on integrated logistics management activities that affect LOGSA's New Equipment Training (NET), IT goals, objectives and requirements. Maintained relationship with outside organizations required to plan and execute programs and activities for Soldier support. Participated in logistics conferences, meetings, seminars, and workshops at major field commands to develop and recommend new or revised techniques and concepts relative to all aspects of logistics systems. Analyzed issues pertaining to the Army retail supply system, maintenance, transportation, property accountability, catalog data and readiness that arise on a daily basis at the ARMT Help Desk.

Oversaw a 26-person team and directly responsible for the health, welfare, discipline, morale and training to include accountability of all equipment valued at over $25 Million. Selected as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Intelligence, responsible for the tracking an association matrix for over 600 Enemy High Valued Individuals within 7 Districts in Afghanistan, resulting in a significant decrease of terrorist activity in the Area of Operation. Selected for the Military Transition Team (MiTT) and responsible for transforming 128 Iraqi Soldiers with basic combat and communication skills into a combat-ready Unit, which played key tactical roles in 5 major operations in Baghdad, Iraq. Assigned as the Master Gunner and responsible for implementing the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) strategies, approved by the Asymmetrical Warfare Group that tests new military weapons. Instructed the techniques, tactics and procedures (TTP) for each weapon system, to include TOW Tables for the ITAS (M41) Missile System, according to Army Regulation and, maintained qualification records for over 125 individuals. Trained and qualified 45 staff members in the operation and maintenance of military vehicles as the Company Master Driver.
