BC Clinical and Support Services (BCCSS) Society is a not-for-profit society created by the Ministry of Health to promote health in British Columbia by coordinating, managing and/or providing clinical, diagnostic and support services to British Columbia’s health care system.Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, Project Services• Currently accountable as Project Director for the New St. Paul’s Redevelopment Project for all aspects of the project including Business Case and budget creation for delivery to the Ministry • Coordinate all technical teams on the development of the solution maintaining a $40M budget.• Member of the St. Paul’s Steering committee providing biweekly reports on project health, schedule, risks and budget.

IT Project Manager; IT Infrastructure Design and Implementation for all property refurbishments and new builds, aligning deliverables with the Hospitality Industry requirements.Senior IT Project Manager• Design the Operational and Guest High Speed Internet infrastructure for all new builds and refurbished properties.• Manage all vendor, contract and stakeholder relationships that span varied technical and construction domains and geographies.• Oversee all aspects of IT projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes and completing projects safely, on time, on budget and on spec.• Manage the design, budget and implementation technology, communications and infrastructure of all hotel refurbishments and new builds totaling 8 projects with total value of $20 Million to date.• Develop short and long term plans for the implementation of innovative products and operational automation.• Oversaw the virtualization of a number of services in the hospitality domain including content management and Pbx systems to the cloud.

Project Manager• Managed hosting, application development and maintenance budget of the web infrastructure (valued at $2.5 million yearly).• Controlled the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting global marketing web infrastructure.• Managed multiple simultaneous technical projects, including JDE upgrade, MOSS implementation and Mediabin rollout in support of 2010 Winter Olympics. • Coordinated multi-vendor teams made up of application developers, architects, business analysts, senior systems engineers and internal marketing, finance, HR and IT teams. • Facilitated communication between vendors and the organization via regular project team meetings to ensure the highest level of project buy-in and collaboration.
