Profit and loss responsibility for Cruise and Ferry unit and responsible for reporting and forecasting of financial figures. Responsible for developing sales processes and tools to increase sales effectiveness.

Responsible for developing and performing sales strategy for MCP services in Northern Europe. Identifying objects, developing business cases, and developing and executing plans, in accordance with processes for complex solutions selling (SPIN). Actively work with existing customers to find ways to further develop MCP business as well as coordinating and cooperating with MCP internal resources to develop and implement new initiatives to increase revenues. Profit and loss responsibility for customers in Northern Europe and responsible for reporting and forecasting of financial figures. I have actively contributed in introducing and developing sales processes and tools to increase effectiveness in own sales organization, and had reasonability as a Salesforce administrator and main architect behind creating and developing forecasting and analysis tools using excel.

Daily coordination of tasks, resources and other daily activities for the supply and Customer Care teams in MCP, in addition to having the responsibility for monitoring and improving our processes in order to ensure high quality, low cost and precision in our work. I have also functioned as a project manager for development projects in MCP with responsibilities as that of a project manager. In addition to the activities and responsibilities mentioned I have acted as an account manager for some of our customers, with the responsibility for actively following up the customers and their needs.

Supporting, updating and maintaining all IT services onboard 20 shuttle tankers in the North sea. The vessels all have a Windows server 2003 environment with a mixture of both thin and tick clients and rely on VSAT as their primary communication carrier, with SAT B/F as backup. My responsibilities covers a wide area including, the hardware and applications, plus OS. Networking and communications and other IT related tasks such as (e-mail, backup etc). In a ITIL perspective I covered the incident, problem and change process in both 1 and 2 tier support.

The job consisted of supporting and maintaining a windows 2003 server and IBM AIX (Unix) environment with mainly HP and IBM servers. The windows servers where clustered (VERITAS cluster) and the workstations were a combination of thin clients and portable computers. Storage was done on a SAN and backup was done to both disk and tape. The application servers where Unix servers with AIX as OS. My main tasks were supporting, updating and maintaining both the windows and AIX servers, looking after the SAN and backup and user administration done through IBM Tivoli Identity Manager. The company had implemented ITIL and I was the change administrator for Unix.

In this position I had two main areas of responsibility. One was being the local support specialist for the office I was in (100 employees) and a resource person for other support technicians. (Standards and policies). The second part was to be to strategic planning, budgets and the coordination of minor and major changes to the infrastructure.
