Belonging, Engagement & Community Project Lead for the Centre for Higher Education Research and Scholarship (CHERS)Led a project that investigated the formation of sense of belonging among communities in the military, sports, private, public and religious sectors.Informed COVID-19 response actions, presented at international conferences and submitted a journal article and book chapter for publication (pending).

Education Consultant to Imperial College London; training, coordinating and inspiring 500+ student volunteers; Officer Trustee leading Imperial College Union.- Delivered Union NSS and PTES Responses in record time and with a record level of data analysis and using them to deliver a strong evidence-based case for change- Rewrote the training materials and delivered training to a record number of student volunteers and receiving the highest ever training evaluation scores.- Improved Postgraduate representation at Imperial College through governance changes- Consulted Imperial College Senior Staff on Learning and Teaching Strategy, Curriculum Review, Student Support Strategy, Academic Regulations, NSS and PTES Action Plans, Program and course approval etc.

Rowed 15-20 hours per week while completing the International Baccalaureate Program at the British School of Rio de Janeiro teaching me the importance of discipline, time management and strong teams.Before moving to Brazil I didn't know what rowing was. Within 2 years I had won 2 Gold medals and 3 Silver medals at State-level competitions in different boat types, and had been invited to National Competitions. Rowing taught me the importance of having a focused team, setting objectives, monitoring performance and especially time-management and discipline as I was rowing 15-20 hours per week during term time and up to 30 hours a week during holidays. My three years spent as a competitive athlete were some of the best of my life, and I look forward to taking up the sport again.
