• Under the New York City Community Schools Initiative, in partnership with NGO and school leadership, lead day- to-day school site operations, oversee outreach and programming, mental and physical services, and socio.
• Tripled student proficiency, enhanced access to equitable learning and experiences, and increased attendance presence, achieving the title of the school with the highest student attendance in NYC’s Community School.
• Supported the organization and development of strong parent communities for self-advocacy, developing an annual calendar of events and opportunities for leadership, learning and celebration.

Led project partnerships in critically impoverished and high-risk communities in Guatemala, Honduras, Brazil, Cambodia and Senegal. Responsible for $1.2M budget management and allocation of resources for education, health, nutrition and advocacy programs to around 5,000 children and youth. Engaged in monitoring, evaluation, ground support and delegation.

Managed communications for global coalition of grassroots women, working on disaster resilience, governance, land use, housing, HIV/Aids, among others. Responsible for communications with Latin American constituencies, engaging in English, Portuguese and Spanish outreach, including newsletters, briefing notes, event coverage, live interpretation, press.

• Oversaw news selection, copy edit and layout publishing for Registro, a bilingual newspaper with a weekly circulation of 80,000 copies in the state of Connecticut.
• Covered multiple stories and events concerning the Hispanic population for Registro as well as NHR, with a focus on state politics, capacity building and social issues particularly relevant to emerging immigrant.
• Led the expansion of the publication to all-state coverage area, identifying areas of need of information relevant to both established and emerging communities.
