Shwe Phase 3 Development Dynamic Simulation Study• Dynamic integration of subsea production and topside processing systems via HYSYS-OLGA link extension, to study the adequacy of topside’s liquid handling systems and control system response due to production variation.• Dynamic integration of the proprietary compressor logic and topside processing systems via HYSYS-CCC link extension to study the responses of the compressor and anti-surge valve during various transient scenarios such as fail close of inlet / outlet isolation valve, fail open of anti-surge valve, compressor shutdown / startup / switchover, cold restart and warm restart.LNGP FW Pressure Surge Study• To study the pressure surge behavior and identify parts of the network that may be susceptible to damage during transient scenarios such as startup of FW Pump with and without user, opening and closing of deluge valve.

• Perform conceptual, FEED studies, and detailed engineering and design as per company design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards.• Prepare clear and accurate design calculations and analyses including design reports and simulation modellings.• Review engineering / design within discipline or through inter-discipline check.• Raise technical queries to obtain required information and clarify work scope.• Attend project meetings, engineering meetings and site visits, as required.• Guide juniors on procedures, standards, worksheets, design calculations, software, technical queries, etc.• Responsible for preparing / reviewing the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:- Process simulations, i.e. Aspen HYSYS, Flarenet, OLGA, PIPENET, etc.- Heat and material balance- Process flow diagrams (PFD)- Piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID)- Equipment and instrument process datasheets- Equipment and line lists (process data)- Flare radiation and dispersion calculations- Depressurization and flare network study- Line sizing calculations- Flow assurance study (hydraulics, transient analysis)- Pressure surge study- Fire & gas mapping

• Determine the product requirement based on the company given data sheet.• Manage and establish technical proposals, mainly to EPCC or contractors based in Malaysia and Europe within the stipulated time.• Ensure compliance to engineering standards, company policies and procedures.• Coordinate any pre-qualification and technical or commercial clarifications.• Participate in project review meetings and be actively involved in analysis and resolution of any concerns.• Prepare non-material requisition documents such as VDML, SPIR, GAD, ITP.

• Review the process plant data and determine the wastes that might be produced.• Gather related information and assist senior engineer to design the wastewater and air pollution treatment equipment, storage tank and vessel.• Perform sizing of equipment, tank and vessel.• Arrange the plant layout by drawing AutoCAD after equipment sizing.• Create bill of quantities and estimate the quantities of flange, gasket, bolt and nut required by the particular project in compliance to engineering code and standard.• Requests for quotation according to the bill of quantities.
