I evaluated and approved the data that was collected and entered into reports for various customers by my fellow researchers. Additionally, I organized, developed, and implemented new-hire training services for teammates who served as interns, were hired as full-time researchers, and were promoted to new roles within the team. Along with my manager, I served as a co-presenter of onboarding sessions for new employees in multiple departments within BitSight.

I performed detailed data query, collection, and entry tasks by utilizing an internal database system, as well as conducting general research tasks by navigating and utilizing external resources. As I gained experience in this role, I performed manual updates of multiple reports for customers representing international companies. Eventually, I was promoted to the role of Technical Research Quality Assurer.

As a substitute teacher, I accepted various assignments to administer the lesson plans of various teachers who were absent from their classes. While traveling to various locations within the Boston Public Schools network, I coordinated with the school's staff to carry out and implement classroom and school policy procedures. As a result, I was asked to serve as a site-specific substitute teacher before I ultimately accepted a full-time position at BitSight Technologies, Inc.

I taught beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of Latin to students in grades 6 - 12, and I served as a sponsor of my school's chapter of the Junior Classical League ("Edison Latin Club"), as well as a co-sponsor of the State of Oklahoma's chapter of the Junior Classical League ("OKJCL"). As a teacher and collaborator with my fellow language teachers, I advocated for increased student and parental involvement in my program as well as our department, and as a result of my efforts, I rebuilt the school's Latin program that had been on the verge of cancellation into one of the most active participants in the state of Oklahoma in four years.

I taught beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of Latin to students in grades 9 - 12, as well as English to students in grades 9. Additionally, I sponsored Muskogee High School's chapter of the Junior Classical League (“Muskogee Latin Club”), and I co-sponsored the State of Oklahoma’s chapter of the Junior Classical League ("OKJCL"). As a member of the Fine Arts department, I collaborated with my colleagues to blend Muskogee's Latin program with various visual and performing arts activities.
