With over 20 years’ experience at a senior level in sales and marketing, in 2018 I created the company Pearson Consulting. Enabling me to provide direct support to developing businesses, through the creation and implementation of a targeted sales and marketing strategy plan. I have hands on experience working across various sectors promoting commercial growth and establishing opportunities to generate greater revenue, those sectors are not limited to but include tourism and hospitality and agriculture.Through Pearson Consulting I have built customised training programmes for clients where the focus is around development of a practical sales and marketing strategy. My reputation for conversion via proactive and reactive selling is well regarded and I have delivered bespoke training to corporate companies centred around sales conversion.I sit on 10 plus LEO panels nationwide, in addition to the Failte Ireland mentoring and training panel, this work provides me with an invaluable insight into the needs and wants of growing businesses in the Irish market. It places me in direct contact with the broad issues facing Irish businesses across all industry sectors.Specialised consultancy projects have enabled me to delve deeper into a business’s individual processes and work with them on building solutions for the future.I focus on the need to establish an integrated strategy across the business, identify ‘quick wins’ whilst building a broader more long-term strategy.
