My experience includes restructuring of distilling, bottling/packaging, processing, and agricultural operations. I have led workforce reductions across multiple sites/roles totaling over 1000 employees. These reductions were delivered through significant efficiency improvements, loss elimination and streamlining of operations.SUPPLY CHAIN MANGEMENT AND TRANSFORMATION: I led the Brown-Forman (B-F) global supply chain. I led the transformation of our supply chain systems, through the implementation of S&OP processes resulting in rightsizing our inventory, improving customer service results, and improving our long term planning processes for B-F's whiskey business. MERGER AND ACQUISITION: I led with excellence the integration of B-F’s largest foreign acquisition in the past 30 years (Casa Herradura Tequilas) - improving operating efficiency, customer service results and creating additional value to the acquisition. I successfully led the integration of 3 new distilleries and a bottling operation in Scotland. I led the divestiture process of Southern Comfort and Tuaca liqueurs from B-Fs portfolio, as well as Early Times and Canadian Mist whiskeys, including the transition to new ownership of a Canadian whiskey distillery. INNOVATION: I led the Research and Innovation of products and packages for B-F. I oversaw the upgrading of the corporation’s innovation processes and the execution of large innovations across B-F's portfolio and geographies.LANGUAGE AND MULTICULTURAL COMPETENCY: A native of Panama, I have worked across the US, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
