Elaborate and detailed inspections of commercial and residential buildings for environmental hazards.Collecting samples, writing detailed sampling protocols, analyzing sampling results.Writing environmental letters, consulting clients on the condition of materials, building procedures for managing or removing potential hazards and marketing and up-selling company services. Project Inspector; I was in charge of inspecting environmental abatement projects in residential and commercial properties, supervising third party environmental contractors on proper procedures in the remediation and clean up of environmental hazards. From December 2007 to May 2008 I took over responsibilities for the ongoing Lead in Water Project for the School District of Philadelphia. I coordinated inspections, sampling protocol and reports for lead in water in all school district buildings with active students; approximately 250 buildings. Starting in August of 2008 I worked with our main client, the School District of Philadelphia, in the school district's headquarters Office of Environmental Services, as a contractor. I assisted the department's Management Planner in all duties pertaining to AHERA and the management of environmental records and reports for all school district buildings. Utilized Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint to maintain up to date files and create new databases for school Management Plans, reports, spreadsheets and HAWK drawings. I also assisted with filing and organizing all school district environmental records.
