I am a Materials Engineer and Physics PhD specialized in nanophysics and advanced materials. My research revolves around materials science, with particular focus on graphene-based materials synthesis and applications, magnetoelastic material applications, gas sensors for environmental and breath analysis, and microwave absorbent materials for electromagnetic shielding (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9002-8386). I hold a strong track record as the head of R&D department in the private sector, as well as experience in quality control. I have authored peer-reviewed scientific articles and hold two accepted patents in materials science. Furthermore, I have actively participated as an assistant, participant, and organizer in various scientific conferences. Besides being fluent in English and Spanish, I have a working knowledge of Portuguese and I am currently learning Italian.
