Finance Director of Marcascais and Gespormar, with direct report to the Board of Directors.Marcascais has the concession to manage Cascais Marina and detains 100% of Gespormar - Gestão de Portos e Marinas, S.A., which has the concession of a parking lot.Main activities/achievements:• Analysis of economic and financial feasibility of several investment projects, including bank negotiation and support on projects follow-up;• Prepare Business Plans and Due Diligences;• Restructuring of finance department based on implementation of Primavera software, new processes and procedures;• Planning and coordination of the financial area;• Interface with external entities;• Ad-hoc finance reports to Management;• Budget, forecast, real and variance analysis;• Treasury management;• Responsible for tax and accounting;• AR and AP management;• Human Resources management.
