Responsible for all Change Management activities at Getinge Infection Control. Manage the Change Advisory Board, including facilitating, approving and rejecting all Changes. Supervise Change assessors and be accountable to IT Management staff as a change leader in understanding and communicating technical awareness. Develop and maintain the Change Management governance framework, including Change Management policies, process and guidelines.

As the global manager for approx 1 200 client applications in an IT environment with 16 000 users my main responsibilities are the PC software lifecycle management, client software packaging, distribution and license management. - Team leader for a team of five Volvo Cars employees and consultants- Responsible to act as Volvo Cars gatekeeper for Fords global infrastructure changes in this area, i. e. launch of SMS, VISTA OS platforms - Responsible for the application certifying process- Responsible for tools and processes for PC asset mgmt - Responsible for license management and recharge of license costs to the business - Responsible for the Global Client test environment - Support changes in client environment- Support other client programs as PC Renewal and HW driver lifecycles - Participate in other Client Services related projects
