• Design tooling and fixtures for new coating applications. • Organize and create documentation necessary for new applications, including job instructions, job routers, job safety analyses, and standard operating procedures. • Interpret customer specification and blueprints associated with new and existing applications.• Reviews customer purchase orders, specification to ensure processing meets all requirements.• Identify, prioritize and implement process improvement methods, utilizing Lean principles and interact with entire supply chain (supplier to customer).

Lead all process-engineering services at VRNH;Develop solutions to improve manufacturing processes and decrease costs by implementing or modifying the sequence of operations, work instructions, equipment utilization, plant layout, and cycle time;Perform capacity studies and demand planning to optimize the production capacity at VRNH;Participate in investigations and corrective actions of work-in-process problems;Establish output standards per machine and determine methods for increased productivity;Support continuous improvements to avoid scrap, defective raw materials and machine downtime;Work with production scheduler, shipping and sales departments to increase productivity;Responsible for the day-to-day facility compliance with environmental and safety requirements;Review bills of materials and analyze material usage variances, recommending improvements in processes and the implementation of recommendations.
