- Develop and implement an effective HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision and mission of the organization.- Lead the HR team in developing and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures to support the organization's talent management, employee relations, and other HR functions.- Oversee the design and execution of a comprehensive employee engagement program, including employee recognition and rewards, and development initiatives.- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.- Lead the development of performance management systems that drive performance, engagement, and career development for employees.- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to HR and employee relations.- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.- Ensure effective management of HR systems, technology, and data analytics to support the business needs of the organization.

Supports the Group HR Reward in London and Business Unit's Senior HR Leader to manage a complete review and execution of the Business Unit's reward strategy, reward structure and reward policies.

Directly report to Reward Solution Director, East Asia Japan Pacific with main responsibility to define, design and implement an effective and competitive reward strategy that align with corporate strategies and be able to sustain business needs of each of the specific Schneider entities/business unit in the territory.Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Reward Strategy- Reward Advisory- International Mobility- Compliance of Local/Corporate Policies and Regulations- C&B Activities- Market Intelligence

Directly report to Country HR Manager and responsible to manage all compensation and benefits initiatives and processes for ALSTOM in Indonesia (Power sector, Grid sector and Transport sector) with approx. 1,500 employees. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Develop and Implement local C&B strategies and processes with dynamic framework.• Key contact for the implementation of global C&B policies and practices and its adaptation with local regulations and practices.• Maintain the competitiveness, fairness and compliance of C&B policies and practices.• Drive consistency on compensation, benefits, banding and salary structures across the sectors within the country.• Manage various C&B projects such as the annual salary and short term incentive review, salary/benefits survey and job benchmarking, policy review and development both with global and local HR managers.• Managing Employee Shareholder Program (in co-ordination with BNP Paribas and ALSTOM HQ).• Responsible in monitoring and developing the subordinates on operational C&B tasks as well as maintaining the HRIS system and payroll.• Manages mobility and expatriation scheme to ensure its consistency with global policies and local regulations.
