Business Problem: When Managed Services / Service Desk Testing side lead resigned from MDS side, they were looking for an experienced technical Testing guys and since I did really good job on my last role with MDS, I got the offer.Since I returned to Sri Lanka and new rules came on limiting live data access to check issues. Therefore I got the help from SOC team who first look in to live incidents and log them on Vivantio. Guided them to add the related reproducing test steps and password protected archives in order to verify and validate the issues when a fix is applied. Fix will be normally two staged where datafix which will correct the corrupted data generated the incorrect functionality and PTF which will fix the incorrect system behavior which created the corrupted data.These datafixes & PTFs will be assigned to Service Packs.
