1. Recruitment and Selection• Create job advertisements, provide advice on suitable placement, place and monitor advertisements andcoordinate interviews.• Participate in interviews, ensuring they are carried out in compliance with privacy laws.• Experience in liaising with stakeholders, up to a senior level, to assist with finding the best talent• Provide coaching and advice to managers with regards to people management practices withinrecruitment and selection• Identify process improvement, further develop the recruitment function and assist with the implementationof a new recruitment system• Assisting with Strategic and innovative recruitment initiatives• Perform reference checks• Provide information, guidance and advice to both supervisors and staff on the recruitment process• Main point of contact liaising with recruitment agencies and placements
