Creating resource estimation matrix and reusable testing methods for new feature and complex design, measure testing effortBuilding a new partnership with key vendors, provide a comprehensive validation plan and improve test qualityResponsibilities: - Develop end to end test planning and execution coverage, formulate strategy to ensure a systematic validation plan is in place for overall quality of portfolio. Predefine metrics, criteria for measurement - Collaborate function teams to analyze current process, practices and defining improvement of test strategy, frameworks, infrastructure, test tools or fixture for new development model - Coverage spans from component design verification, system validation, regression, user experience and workload. Implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting - Evaluate new features and create complex/ leverageable test plan, improve test effectiveness - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction; ensure test plans are executable, using the right resources, equipment in different phases with accurate test scope - Define changes required in testing methods, automation, equipment and diagnostics, and testing procedures and methodologies

Software PM (November 2014 – October 2021)Own the direction and execution for the server/ software/ firmware programs - Primary software/ firmware representative at Core Team - Update the schedule and providing status updates for software areas - Host project software engineering meetings - Own the issue tracking for project – ensuring items are assigned, updated and managed - Interfaces with various teams to ensure overall alignment – HW, BIOS, BMC, NIC, Storage, Validation, Service Team and Supply Chain… - Manage project execution to the plan. Complete project delivered on a predictable scheduleSoftware Design Center Lead (January 2020 – Present)Leading Software groups for new generation of software, firmware developing that incorporate large new features for NPI Server and Options - Ensure to have consistency in planning and communication for common projects - Reduce planning overhead for the teams by reviewing combining much of the planning needs - Increase alignment via development and test checkpoints and phase reviews (dev complete -> QA) - Provide a portfolio viewpoint for understanding overall program/ portfolio status - Set overall software schedule and component signoff target (BMC, ROM, Test Attempts and Test Complete) - Host design center meeting weekly and manage developing status - Review open actions, identify risk, problem resolving, recovery or mitigation plan discussion with the related teams - Coordinate and align high level progress and dependencies between ROM, BMC, health, Tools for new features. Tracking feature test readiness. Technical consultant to the Project Manager, responsible for driving programs and projects to deliver on time with quality; participate in project risk assessments including critical issues escalations, issues duplication and root cause. - Project Planning / Control / Closure - Support existing out sourcing relationships with suppliers - Work with Project Members to debug and resolve technical issues. - Open and effective cross functional communication with application development teams, hardware teams and others regarding issues found and subsequent resolution - Determine when/if issue recreation and debug is necessary and whom to involve - Determine the appropriate amount of time to spend on an issue - Manage the identification and qualification of Potential Customer Dissatisfiers (PCDs) - Monitor project issues via Tracking System weekly - Monitors project progress via Internal Quality Control System - Owns test plan management to include creation, modification and blocking of test cases

Setup, configured and maintained test platforms by integrating various components such as switches, host adapter cards, servers, RAID storage controllers and drive enclosures (Fiber, SATA, SAS) - Proficient in Microsoft Windows platforms, BIOS and Hardware (naked eye) integration Test - Take responsibility and think about a task in terms of objectives and time to complete - Research for new Technology and IT relative Knowledge
