In September 2019 I transitioned to a new position and became analyst and project manager at Intracto.Being mainly active in the preliminary/discovery phase of a development project, I work closely together with UX and UI designers, strategists, technical leads, and development teams. As an analyst my role includes:- Functional and technical analysis of projects- Research and definition of APIs and third party integrations- Advising clients on architecture, infrastructure, technology stacks- Bridging the gap between concept and implementation; making sure everything is properly documented for the development teams - Providing budget and timeline estimates for development projectsNext to that I also manage projects in the discovery phase, before they're handed over to a development team. I started at Intracto as a backend Drupal developer and worked on a variety of projects over a period of 6 years, Projects ranged from small-medium sized content websites and campaign sites to full ecommerce platforms with various external system integrations and content websites for international brands.I've worked actively in Drupal versions 6, 7 and 8 and became a certified Drupal 8 site builder and developer.
