Performed duties and responsibilities as a senior manager of the entire J3 T&E support contract. Effectively managed the USSOCOM Enterprise Joint Training System (JTS) which included 10 JTS technicians globally. Transitioned entire contracting team to a new contract.

Manages/supervises. Performs non-administrative managerial and supervisory duties and supports all work efforts for performance of contract involving use of accredited analytical support services contractors.

Provide joint training support to assist USSOCOM J3 T&E in the implementation and execution of the Joint Training System. Assist in the assessment, design, development, implementation and management of USSOCOM’s joint training and exercise programs, subordinate processes and specialized command training programs. Formulate, conduct and assess the USSOCOM Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETL), using the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) process and procedures. Utilize the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) to manage USSOCOM Joint Training System and coordinate training program objectives.

Managed the day-to-day affairs for the Chief and Deputy Financial Officer for USSOCOM who manage a budget of roughly $8B.

Oversaw the day-to-day accounting functions, while integrating finance operations, and forecasting and budgeting SOF Funds to support US and Afghan SOF warriors. Prepared financial reports and ensured organizational financial stability.

Key position within USSOCOM that responds on behalf of the Command in the event of a crisis situation and manage personnel to ensure they continue to perform their key duties until relieved by proper authority. Coordinated and facilitated readiness exercises.

Oversaw the day-to-day accounting functions, while integrating finance operations, and forecasting and budgeting SOF Funds to support US SOF and Syrian troops. Prepared financial reports and ensured organizational financial stability.

Served as a Protocol Officer with specific responsibilities for: formulating, developing, coordinating, executing, and supervising the functions of senior executive events to include the President of the United States (POTUS), Attorney General of the United States (AG), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and other high-level officials. Protocol Office; performing advisory and liaison duties; and performing delegated personnel management tasks in the supervision of a combined military and civilian workforce of approximately eleven positions (authorized or assigned on special duty). As required, works other than normal tour of duty.

Performed duties as lead disbursing agent responsible for distributing SOF peculiar funds and providing oversight to ensure funds were being obligated properly to not violate Federal law.
