Alvin Ho is a Sr. IT Leader | Strategic Leader for Business Transformation Initiatives. Even though the area for improvement was a geoscience and engineering environment that was not his area of specialty, Alvin collaborated very well with the subject matter experts and managers in order to prepare the vision and plan the implementation of the projects. The first project has already been completed with excellent results, and Alvin’s contributions were an important element in that success. Alvin is an excellent communicator, a clear speaker, and a good writer. His material was always well written, comprehensive, polished, professional, and well suited to the needs of the project. The meetings he led were always well designed with clear agendas provided in advance to allow preparation, and managed well to achieve their goals with a minimum of wasted time, which was invaluable in the fast-paced environment at the time.
