The company requested my return as Interim CFO to assist with the sale of the eight car dealerships to maximize shareholder value and wind down of the related legal entities.

Fractional CFO for Foxybae Hair, a $30 million business that designs and distributes hair care products for the retail market via e-commerce and the wholesale market. Restructured the company's accounting, financial, tax, and administration functions and prepared the company for sale. Foxybae Hair was successfully sold via asset deal at the beginning of 2022 and thereafter the related legal entity was wound down and closed.

Interim Corporate Controller for National Performance Warehouse LLC ("NPW") a portfolio company of Bestige Holdings, a private equity firm. NPW is a national wholesale and retail distributor of automobile parts and accessories with approximately $300 million in annual sales and growing through acquisitions. Restructured and built out the Group’s accounting, financial, tax, and administration functions, prepared the 2020 financial statements, and sucessfully completed the 2020 year-end audit. Handed off my interim Corporate Controller role to a full-time Controller.

Interim CFO for LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc., a NASDAQ, publicly traded holding company investing and operating car dealerships and subscription/leasing fleets. Restructured the Group’s accounting, financial, tax, and administration functions, including the preparation of SEC 10-Q quarterly reporting. Handed off my interim CFO role to a full-time CFO with automotive dealership experience.
