Working at Digital Amoeba, a corporate innovation lab by Telkom Indonesia that incubate and accelerate ideas from its employees which create digital innovation and digital talents.● Collaborated closely with a team consisting of 4 developers, 1 QA, 3 UI designers, and 3 UX researchers to drive product development initiative called "Ideabox", an idea crowdsourcing platform to organize all company innovation ideas for actionability.● Developed essential product documentation including the product vision board, product feature map, product roadmap, and detailed product requirements to guide the development process effectively.● Conducted comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and facilitated user interview in collaboration with the UX team to gain insights into user needs and preferences.● Implemented the Scrum framework, fostering an agile development environment to enhance project efficiency and collaboration among team members.● Successfully led the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and project objectives.● Delivered a comprehensive report to stakeholders, summarizing project outcomes, achievements, and key learnings for future iterations.

● Led a team of 5 designers, 2 copywriters and 1 business analyst to design from scratch user-friendly interfaces of “All Day Class”, a new product to learn anything, anytime, anywhere directly from the mentors and “Upscale”, a new product to help individuals (to learn, networking, and job seeking) and company (to hire, outsource, and head hunter).● Conducted comprehensive competitor benchmarking and gather insights to determine feature priorities and improvements for the Eduwork platform.● Produced 32 design pages for the Eduwork's new product and 1 design page for the Eduwork's new class.● Actively communicated with stakeholders to initiate new initiatives within the product improvement.● Provided daily report to the CEO to assess project outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals and priorities.

● Create 26 generators using a programming language to generate math, science, verbal logic and english problems.● Review 550 math problem types and find 24% of them can be improved.● Merge and refactor 3 generator programs to increase the efficiency.● Create a test case to ensure the generator works properly according to the requirements.
