As a 20-year-old student of the University of South Florida, I can't say I have much work experience at least within my field of education which is marketing. I have worked only in restaurants which has taught me many skills such as creative problem solving, working under pressure, forming customer relations, and understanding the weak points in a team. I have also volunteered as a teacher at a musical summer camp for children which has helped me understand how important patience is in almost any situation. These skills are important for any job but they also will be very helpful with my degree being that I live off of how happy I make my guests. This helps me easily understand almost any group of people regardless of age or ethnicity. I do look forward to finding a job more suited for my major, however.
