This involved developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve both client and corporate objectives. Formulating, organizing and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities was also part of the day to day running. The following also fall under my docket:• Developing and leading the team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.• Presenting a budget for board approval and managing resources within those budgetary guidelines. • Maintaining organizational culture, value, and reputation in its market and with all staff.• Contributing to the development and refinement of the company's vision and culture. • Developing effective training programs that equip the team to acquire and retain customers.

This involved the origination of new business opportunities as well as managing and developing strong client relationships. I executed deals and managed new & existing businesses while developing & maintaining relationships with key introducers and relevant external market contacts as well as syndicated lending partners.

I was contracted as a car salesman, where a sold 7 Cargo Trucks, which was the entire fleet. And that is where my passion for sales started.
