- Maintain and update the Proworks templates- Provide Proworks to new employees- Understand the processes and improve the assembly cycle time- Chair the CAT(corrective action) meeting for every handlers shipped- Brainstorm for new ideas to improve the assembly areas- Come out with new ideas for assembly to be efficient- Prepare Documentations for every handler and spare parts order (options,upgrades)- Solve technical problems in the production floor.- Prepare documentations for customers (options,upgrades)- Assist assembly technician to understand the process- Deal with supplier to improve their product quality

Pentamaster 1 Review new product technical information. Any discrepancy or doubt regardingtechnical information shall perform communication with customer. Issue ECN if any producttechnical information changes or update, communicate with related parties to obtain theirapproval.2 To responsible for BOM creation and item code setup.3 Interpret Bill of material (BOM) receive from customer and transform into PentamasterInternal BOM.4 Establish Work Instruction (WI) or Manufacturing Procedure Instruction (MPI) forassembly project.5 Perform risk management analysis with team member where applicable.6 Establish together with QA team for product inspection checklist, visual and inspectioncriteria for new product if documents are not applicable by customer.7 Perform data analysis and failure analysis report for customer complaint regardingtechnical or assembly workmanship issues.8 Provide technical support and monitor assembly progress for assembly production. Updatethe MPI or product technical documents to enhance assembly operation.9 Design mechanical jigs and fixtures

Pentamaster 1 To review and assess drawings with Programmers to decide on the most probable processflow to run fabrication.2 To define process flow of all fabrication parts and generate SMS Traveller.3 To aid in the design of jigs and fixtures with input from Programmers.4 To conceive and conduct continuous cycle time improvement where possible.5 To continuously improve job skills and knowledge through on-the-job training for betterquality, cost competitiveness and on time delivery.6 To observe company quality policies, production objectives, rules and regulations anddisciplines.7 To carry out any job as assigned by the Precision Engineering Manager from time totime.8 Responsible to make FA parts successful9 Responsible to review NPI process10 Request raw material size.11 Design special tools, jig and fixtures.12 Maintain department procedures.13 Solve engineering issue in Production floor.14 Prepare WI and MPI.15 Generate PCP and PFMEA.16 Split Assemble drawing to piece part drawing using Solidworks and AutoCAD17 Find and root and analyst with 8D report.
