Working on a stealth project based on the first ever 96 layer TLC & QLC based 3D BiCS4 NAND combined with the next generation PCIe Gen 3 technology.Currently developing the firmware for the DDR3 and DDR4 SDRAM modules incorporated in the next generation of SSD. I am also tasked with managing the infrastructure of the project and develop, maintain, and debug issues that occurs within modules such as power, thermal, and error log management. These developments were done using C/C++ programming.In addition to firmware development, I am also building Python scripts for error logging, regression runs, unit tests, performance analysis, and more. Worked on the firmware development of the first 96 layer QLC based 3D BiCS4 NAND using PCIe Gen4 technology from SanDisk, a Western Digital brand.With my expertise in C/C++ programming, I was tasked with developing and supporting the life cycle of the DDR4 SDRAM module and power management. I was also given the role of code optimization, review, and improving code documentation.With my expertise in Python programming, I was tasked with creating multiple scripts tests to analyze drive performance, failures, and features' frequency and plot outliers between multiple samples of SSD drives. With my expertise in SQL and database management, I was tasked with developing SQL scripts to store, extract, and process data acquired runs through thousands of drives. Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as Simple Cloud Storage Services (S3), Relational Database Service (RDS), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), RedShift, and DynamoDB was utilized to store and process attained data for analytical speculations.System/Technology/Languages used: C, Python, SQL, noSQL, AWS, PCIe Gen 3/4, NVMe, 3D NAND, BiCS3 and BiCS4, Synopsys HAPS 70 rapid prototyping platform, ARC HS, MDB Metaware Debugger, Agilent and KeySight oscilloscopes, Git, and various other in-house tools.
