• Management of on-boarding and off-boarding processes including coordination of new starter information and initiating background screening; referral schemes; benefits administration; maintains accurate employee files and documentation to comply with internal and external audit requirements; leaver administration. Including creation of vendor, raise Purchase Order, Offer Letter, Letter of Employment/ Promotion/Salary Change/ Transfer, tracking of probation due date and HRIS updates• Responsible for payroll processing in Philippine setting in accordance to policy and to ensure new hires, terminations, transfer etc are updated on a timely basis. This includes payroll verification and resolution of payroll issues/error during payroll run, if any.• Ensure timely fund transfer and salary payments to employees, and timely payment of mandatory contributions to the respective authorities.• Teamwork with respective teams in terms of relevant HR reports and maintains good record of payroll, benefits and related documents.• Handle HR Recruitment and coordination of expatriates’ working visa, relocation/transfers and benefits administration.• Support HR Manager for all policy matters affects manpower planning, recruitment, employee relation/retention, performance review, training and development.

• SPOC for employees, managers and HR Business Partners seeking support in HR policy and processes especially for payroll services, transactions and HRWeb.• Acts as Subject Matter Expert with a deeper level of expertise in a specific functional area (e.g. HR processes, policies, transactions and etc).• Responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies and ensuring that data quality & accuracy are met at all time through ‘Doing it Right the First Time’ practice especially data changes/ updates which have direct impact on payroll.• Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs and share the gained knowledge and experience individually with Area HR Ops team with recommend solutions to process failings and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for North American multiple Accounts/Clients specializing in payroll garnishments deductions. • Responsible in setting-up garnishments deductions, income and outbound calls, cases, issues and escalation from clients and HRBPs. • Coordinates with US court, attorneys and agencies in sending Garnishee answers and interrogatories.• Perform TUB testing and system update/modification for across multiple US accounts/clients.
