Keep Director advised of any issues/risks which may need or result in litigation.7. Ensure effective management of the Property team for clear direction on day-to-day discharge of assigned duties.8. Ensure Health and Safety standards are implemented and complied with across the company in relation to Property Operations and Projects by both internal and external teams.9. Ensure accurate valuations of Properties across the Company and that they are adequately insured against any perils.10. Preparation of Property budget to ensure Operational and Capital expenses are realistically captured and tracked regularly
