• Support all aspects of a $5b loan portfolio for Citi Private Bank’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals, related entities, and international clientele in LatAm, APAC, and EMEA.• Book a range of credits, including Margin Loans (both USD and Foreign Currency), Aircraft Loans, Private Equity Subscription lines, Mortgages, and Letters of Credit. • Review original loan closing documentation, including the identification of deficiencies, MIS reporting, and monitoring through remediation.• Perform non-credit related CA modifications in the Credit Platform system to ensure MIS and Basel II data integrity.• Review Basel II data elements for every CA modification/annual review to guarantee the credit engine application accuracy.• Perform collateral value analysis to determine the appropriate loanable value for margin and structured lending.• Participate and contribute to all RCSA, KPMG, ARR audits of randomly selected structured deals.• Lead, manage, and supervise a multidisciplinary team in designing credit forms on the Workflow Interdepartmental Navigation System for better efficiency, precision and MIS reporting capabilities.• Project manage the creation of a new electronic rate renewal process to better utilize system capabilities and eliminate potential clerical errors for over 1,600 loans.• Co-lead a team in implementing systemic enhancements to allow the Credit Platform system to directly feed the loan product processor, eliminating possibility of human error for over 600 new loans and 1,000 renewals on a monthly basis.
