Creating competitor analysis to help decision maker to get a grasp of the market. Also, I created a survey to gain customer insights and branding perception about the company. In this work I also handle the career center and customer relations (for alumni and parents), and make sure that there are no questions left unanswered.

I am in charge of the marketing planning and executing the marketing activities. The marketing activities are all project based, so the budget will vary according to the needs, whether its online or offline. The marketing activities is focused on building brand awareness and digital presence, with the end point is to escalate the amount of sales the company had. Furthermore, I also proposed some strategies to establish and maintain their brand image, as well as their customer relations with the stakeholders, including the doctors, patients, staffs, and owner.
