As Senior Reality Capture Associate for the team, I am also the project lead surveyor. I responsible for providing solutions and advice to satisfy the client’s needs. I am leading a team of people to complete a project through out the whole life cycle. From quote, plan, capture, process, modelling to delivering. My role also including the support of project management, technical support and reality capture data processing when required. The goal is to deliver a consistent high level of deliverables to achieve the goal.

Engineering survey team leader for construction of a District Cooling System Plant (65m X45m, 46m high with 15m depth basement) and its associated water pipes (DIA 200-1400mm). Leading all survey works including preparing horizontal and vertical control network, initial topographic survey, setting out work checking, piling works, deformation monitoring, as-built surveys and survey drawing preparation including sections and profiles.

Engineering survey team leader and draftsman for construction of a 60m long and 4.5m width covered elevated steel footbridge (pre-fabricated in factory) and a 30m high lift tower. Widening an 850m(0.53mil) long footpath and reconstructing the drainage system. Leading all survey works including preparing horizontal and vertical control network, initial topographic survey, setting out work checking, piling works, bridge construction (in-factory fabrication checking and on-site construction), deformation monitoring, retaining wall construction, slope works, as-built surveys and design/survey drawing preparation. Working closely with the engineers to amend the entire design on-site due to site constraints.

Construction of a dual 2-lane sub-sea tunnel of about 5 km long between Tuen Mun Area 40 and the Hong Kong Port and reclamation of about 16.5 ha at Tuen Mun Area 40.Responsible for survey works including preparing horizontal and vertical control network, initial topographic survey, setting out work checking, deformation monitoring, as-built surveys and design/survey drawing preparation.

Tuen Mun Chek Lap Kok Link - Southern Viaduct Connection

Construction of a dual 2-lane elevated carriageway between the Hong Kong Port and North Lantau Highway (NLH) with associated slip roads, as well as modifications and realignment of sections of the NLH and Cheung Tung Road at North Lantau, and associated works.Responsible for survey works including preparing horizontal and vertical control network, initial topographic survey, setting out work checking, piling works, bridge construction (cast in-situ, precast beam bridge, segment balanced cantilever bridge construction), retaining wall construction, slope works, roadworks, deformation monitoring, as-built surveys and design/survey drawing preparation.

Tuen Mun Road Reconstruction

Reconstruction and re-alignment of the Eastern Section of Tuen Mun Road between Tsuen Wan and Tsing Lung Tau, to meet current expressway standards. The works include widening of traffic lanes to expressway standard width, provision of hard shoulders and verges, construction of highway structures, and the associated environmental mitigation measures, drainage, slope and landscaping works.Responsible for survey works including preparing horizontal and vertical control network, initial topographic survey, setting out work checking, piling works, bridge construction (cast in-situ, precast beam bridge), retaining wall construction, slope works, roadworks, deformation monitoring, as-built surveys and design/survey drawing preparation.
