• Monitor, analyse and report on transit damage activities within NSW to drive a reduction of vehicle damages in the supply chain
• Sustaining and building relationships with local port authorities, DAFF and shipping lines to ensure TMCA is across any supply chain issues and activities.
• Act as TMCA’s first point of contact in NSW’s with the local port authorities, AQIS, stevedores, shipping lines and other government departments.
• Manage the Toyota and Lexus standards of vehicle distribution program in NSW. Conduct monthly and yearly quality audits with transport suppliers.
• Working with NSW Toyota dealers to ensure they have a safe pre-delivery centre to ensure they comply with both the supplier’s and TMCA’s requirements for vehicle deliveries
