• Managing TMCA’s vehicle logistics suppliers (Patrick Autocare and Prixcar Services) • Monitor, analyse and report on transit damage activities within NSW to drive a reduction of vehicle damages in the supply chain • Sustaining and building relationships with local port authorities, DAFF and shipping lines to ensure TMCA is across any supply chain issues and activities. • Act as TMCA’s first point of contact in NSW’s with the local port authorities, AQIS, stevedores, shipping lines and other government departments. • Manage the Toyota and Lexus standards of vehicle distribution program in NSW. Conduct monthly and yearly quality audits with transport suppliers.• Working with NSW Toyota dealers to ensure they have a safe pre-delivery centre to ensure they comply with both the supplier’s and TMCA’s requirements for vehicle deliveries• Assisting the regional sales team with logistics requirements and to provide frequent update to assist in target achievements.• Assist the national vehicle logistics department to ensure that regional activities and projects are communicated within NSW.
