Responsibilities• Reviewing project and product specifications, select product, and provide quotes within relevant time frames and other project parameters to customers. • Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested by internal or external customers.• Provide product information – including data, product brochures, etc. – upon request provide advice and guidance on technical queries to both sales and customers.• Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.• Assist sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers when required.

Key Responsibilities:• Work closely with construction and project managers in managing small projects to ensure quality project is delivered to the client according to construction program.• Manage and mark up “for construction” drawings using Bluebeam software.• Develop variation costs such as additions and or deductions for mechanical works as per required and agreed in the contract with the builder.• Coordinate and request for pricing quote between manufacturers or subcontractors for all the mechanical works needed in each contract project. • Creates agreement contract between manufacturers or subcontractors after they have secured the agreed contract project.• Responsible for filing induction registers, OH&S, inspection checklist of all subcontractors working in proper project folder.

Key Responsibilities:• Develops, proposes and updates the water and used water service industry technical standards for the company.• Conducts technical evaluation of suppliers and contractors for accreditation.• Reviews and approves new materials to be used for the company's projects. • Evaluates and reviews technical bid proposals, terms of reference and contract specifications prior to bidding and awarding.

Key Responsibility: • Develops conceptual pump station plans, including pump sizing, water piping and the design of cistern tanks.• Prepares project requirements such as bill of quantities, scope of work, and measurement and payment documents to proponents for budget approval.• Prepares drawings and calculations for water, used water network and waste water treatment projects. • Ensures the timely delivery of projects to proponents.

Key Responsibilities:• Applies technical engineering techniques and methods using international design standards such as UK, US, Australia and Hong Kong mechanical codes in designing HVAC systems.• Prepares drawings, specifications, reports and other project documentations in line with the company and client requirements.• Participates in the resolution of technical issues.• Applies unique engineering solutions, techniques and methods in the design of HVAC systems. • Assists in the delivery of project-related tasks to meet budget, time-frame and quality targets, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:• Develops HVAC system function design concepts.• Performs cooling and ventilating load calculations from written specifications.• Responsible for providing specifications and sizing of components (fans, fan coil units, AHU’s, etc.).• Develops HVAC system drawings and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:• Performs piping related detail design drawings as per client request.• Responsible for updating the monthly man-hour status and project documentation.
