Responsible of greeting guest, direct them to the check-in desk, carry the guest luggage to and from their car’s and educate guests on the contents and features of their hotel rooms. They also store guests' luggage after they have checked out if they are not leaving immediately as well as arrange for local transportation when requested. Depending on the size of the hotel or resort, additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsible of making dining and other reservations for guest, and obtain tickets for events, Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations. Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.Receive, store, and deliver luggage and mail. Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed. Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for guests.

Responsible for giving personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service. Providing food and beverage service to guests using good customer service skills. Set up tables and events including chairs, dance floors, silver and china wares. Services food, coffee, water and other beverages. Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware.
