I believe that there is always a solution for each of my client’s problems and every client should know what they are paying for. Understanding their needs and providing a solution within their budget is my objective and promise to all of my clients.I feel that in order to bring quality to my work, I have to consistently upgrade and enhance myself to learn and adapt to the latest trend in the industry. I also feel that it is important to put myself in my clients’ shoes before I can solve their problems. That is why I always build a mock environment similar to my clients when trying to resolve their issues. By doing so, it ensures that I can find the most optimal solution and identify the pros and cons of the proposed solution for my clients and their needs. That is the best way to gain the trust of our products and services from my clients.When I started WCN, IT Security has always been the main concern for me as I believe that this is what determines the reliability and effectiveness of WCN’s products and services. IT Security is not a one-step process but has to be consistently improved and maintained over the time. As such, the IT Security industry will continue to evolve and stay relevant in the next few centuries or so. With that, it would be likely that the IT Security industry will be the future direction that the company and I will be focusing on next.
