ALVIN NATHAN is the CEO of Legacy F A Pte. Ltd., and Owner of Eureka Call Centre Systems (S) Pte Ltd. He graduated from NUS with honors and worked for 5 years in middle management in a local airline. He started as a Financial Consultant at Prudential Singapore in 1994 where he was consistently among the company's top agents. Promoted to Agency Manager in 1997, he was the company’s top manager for 6 consecutive years. He was promoted to Group Director in 2005.In 2010, Alvin moved to Aviva Ltd as part of a substantial buyout. He development the Aviva Advisor direct distribution channel from scratch and built it up over next 5 years to be the most productive per capita in Singapore. In Jan 2016, as part of the agreement with Aviva Ltd, Alvin transited the entire Aviva Advisor channel into his new start-up, Legacy FA Pte. Ltd.Passionate about helping the disabled secure long term sustainable employment, Alvin reengineered his contact center, Eureka Call Center Systems Pte Ltd, in 2008 to enable the visually impaired to fuction productively in a commercial contact center environment. In 2010, he was appointed by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) as a member of the Enabling Employers Network (EEN) that works to promote employment of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in Singapore. In 2010, Eureka CallCentre Systems was designated as a Centre for Training and IntegrationCTI) to train PWDs for the Call Centre Industry. Eureka CCS has since trained and placed more than 90 PWDs in various Call Center related jobs.
