I was the lead manager in-charge.• (2010) Developed the Maxis Fibre to the Home and Maxis Home (fix) VoIP end User experience - including home gateway device user experience.

• (2009) Developed and implemented the user trial rollout for Maxis Fiber to the Home (Internet and Voice, dual-play service) in Bangsar and Sri Hartamas area.• (2008) Successfully launched Maxis’ first deviceless Wireless Broadband product.• (2008) Successfully launched Maxis’ first (SIP based) VoIP service in conjunction with the Broadband Business Division. A fully interconnected 0154 prefixed service in Malaysia.

• (2006) Established the initial framework to replicate the discounted long distance call business for REDtone’s market penetration into Mainland China (Shanghai).• (2006) Successfully implemented the second phase rollout of the REDtone Travelfon retail counter at the KLIA airport (main terminal) - includes setting up 2 retail counters for walk-in in/out-bound travelers.• (2005) Successfully implemented the first phase rollout of the REDtone Travelfon product line for both Malaysia and Singapore operations – targetting the REDtone Corporate customer base.• (2005) Successfully setup the REDtone Pakistan operations consisting of 3 offices (HQ in Islamabad, with remote offices in Lahore and Karachi) together with the local Management team. I lead the multi-national team to establish the domestic network in Pakistan (consisting of 11 Points-of-Presence), and International nodes (in London and Hongkong).• (2004) Secured a 20 year Long Distance and International telecommunication (LDI) license for REDtone Telecommunications Pakistan (Private) Limited – I was lead manager in charge of the Project, together with a team of 3 senior managers.• (2004) Successfully managed the takeover of business operations of REDtone-Mytel Sdn Bhd into the REDtone Group.• (2003) Successfully manage the business operations takeover of Chembell Technology into the REDtone Group (consisting of approximately 400 corporate account customers, and 1,000 retail & SME account customers).• (2001-2002) Oversee the successful deployment and subsequent support of the REDtone TECS computerized PABX system for some major accounts including, Upha Pharmaceutical, Agfa (regional office), Jerneh Insurance.

• Responsible for the product business design, development, and rollout of the revolutionary Biztone Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System which runs over the Internet cloud. This was a cutting edge development with new technology and new business model well ahead of its time.

• (1998) Part of the merchant bank team responsible for the successful listing of Supercomal Technologies Bhd, the first company to be listed on the MESDAQ Exchange (now known as ACE), in Malaysia.

• (1995) Successfully implement a full computerization of the Finance & Treasury division.• Manage the LAN and MIS requirements of the Chairman’s office.• A participating member in the Hong Leong Group IT Strategy management team.

• (1992-1995) Successfully lead a team of Analyst Programmers to successfully migrate the old Insurance Management System on an IBM System 36 to the newly developed system running on a networked IBM OS/2 platform. I was responsible for the system migration projects for offices in Malaysia, Philippines, and Hong Kong.

• (1992) Lead a 4-member team to complete the project planning and design of the new Dental Records Management System (with Forensic module), commissioned by the Singapore Ministry of Defense. This system was commissioned at army camps through out the Republic, including that of the main recruitment center.

• (1991) Successfully lead a 4-member team to redevelop, and deploy the Military variant of the Dental Records Management System (with Forensic module) to the New Zealand Defense Forces, for the army camps in NZ, and mobile battlefield ready units.• (1988) Successfully completed, deployed and commissioned a fully functional Radiology Center Management System for a major customer in Hamilton, New Zealand. The customer site had approximately 30-40 users. Lead Analyst in charge of the end-to-end delivery of the system.• Managed the on-going development of the company’s flagship Medical Center and Clinical Records System – with major clients countrywide.
