SETL-Meeco is a renewable energy firm specifically in Photovoltaic exploitation. During my days at the firm, I was responsible to supervise 14 team members such that they should adhere to the company processes, policies and standards. My task was also to verify that the installation process at each step was carried effectively with constructive reports which were handed over to the Operational Manager. Planning and Scheduling of every projects were pro-actively created in Gantt Chart in accordance with the OSHA Act 2005 while liaising with individual clients or with companies. Quality Control was performed after completion of every projects and certificate was issued to the clients.

Kalynda Training Ltd is a sister company of Click Technologies Ltd, where | taught IC3, A+ and N+ to about 20 students per session. | had to prepare notes and PowerPoint slides so that the Students could easily understand the subject and i had to schedule every topic in a limited amount of time.

At Click Technologies Ltd, i had the chance to build up servers with corresponding peripherals, Settings, and storage with a validated project requirement. | learnt to install and configure Windows Server 2003 with its features such as Domain Controller, DHCP Server, DNS server, Outlook and so on. In contrast to installation, | had to ensure usage of the computers, networks and services are efficient without disrupting the smooth running of the business.
