Support Center Analyst
CurrentPerform and oversee in a supportive, team-focused atmosphere, to challenge standard solutions in support of GCSS- Marine Corps. Effectively communicate with members of the Marine Corps via phone and electronically to answer questions resolve issues Marines and Government Civilians, Government Contractors may encounter when working in GCSS-MC. Appropriate time is taken to troubleshoot, research, and test complex scenarios within the Oracle Software Solutions. I collaborate within the team to promote excellence in Customer Support, share knowledge and to contribute to the success of GCSS-Marine Corps Supply and Maintenance Program.
