That's a question I answer daily in my work. Saudi Arabia, my birthplace and home, sparked my fascination with structures. The idea of creating something tangible that can serve communities for years to come has always excited me. This fascination inspired me to venture far from home to pursue both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering at the University of Alabama.My role as a Senior Project Engineer at Mawreth Real Estate Development, a company I co-founded, provides me with an ideal platform to put my academic learnings into practice. Here, I've overseen the design and construction of a large apartment project, implemented an innovative iCloud-based communication system to streamline onsite communication, and relentlessly focused on cost efficiency and quality.I take pride in my achievements, especially in how I've been able to improve project quality while reducing the budget. However, my sights are set beyond the present. My vision to revolutionize the construction sector drives me. I apply my knowledge of Lean Construction techniques and harness my passion for sustainability to achieve this goal. I envision an industry balanced between efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental responsibility.
