Hired as Head of Design & Production and quickly worked my way up to Creative Director for NYC streetwear brand Ethik Worldwide. Managed a small multi-discipline team of copywriters and content creators through product rollouts, digital, print, and social campaigns, interviews, photography, and videography.Took over manufacturing and communications needs for the entire 2022 spring and summer season and finished the design, tech packs, and sampling process for fall and winter (200+ items). I then led rebranding efforts while designing for spring/summer 2023. Handled all communication with foreign, domestic, and local manufacturers, visited trade shows, and carried out all collaborative projects with artists and influencers

Managed a small team and design operations from pre to post-production of all custom apparel jobs. Owned and maintained several client relationships (PSU, Muhlenberg, and others) overseeing accurate project execution, new concepts, and organic growth. Duties included all warehouse and production oversight of apparel construction and customization, design, file and machine prep, embroidery, vinyl, heat press, screen printing, cut & sew, sublimation, shipping and receiving and everything digital.
