Working on the FollowMyHealth Product.Scrum master: We use agile methods, mainly Scrum, to increase our productivity. As scrum master I ran the daily stand ups, sprint planning, and sprint retros. I voice our teams concerns to leadership and our teams impediments to other teams. This requires a lot of time management to balance development work and scrum master duties. Monolith to Microservice: Currently working on breaking parts of our solution into a microservice architecture. Using .NET Core 2.0 and Azure Service Fabric to achieve this. Silverlight to HTML: Worked on a team to migrate existing Silverlight pages to HTML. This allowed the pages to be more up to date with styles and current browsers. The migration included rewriting the Silverlight Services to C# Web API. Which allowed for a RESTful API. Rewriting the Silverlight front-end to AngularJS (Typescript) and HTML. We also leveraged Bootstrap for a more responsive site.

• Trading Service: Working on a team with Senior developers to migrate a C++ console application to a windows service that will improve security, reliability and maintainability. The windows service has remote monitoring and custom functionality that was only local to the machine before.• Smoke Test: Implemented a WPF and command line application for running unit/health tests on Scottrade web services on various production and development servers. Allowed for support teams to automate tests ran everyday buy scripting the tests. Moved all settings to external configuration files to allow for more customization and maintainability.
