As a member of the National Risk Management group, I serve as the project manager and liaison with IT development teams and practitioners, developing, deploying and managing national systems and monitoring programs. I am the subject matter expert on system requirements and risk methodology in the delivery of new systems, enhancements and risk program management. I represent National Risk Management in development, integration and unit acceptance testing for Client Acceptance and Client Continuance systems; documenting new business processes and training guides to ensure seamless use by practitioners and administrators. Additionally, I served as project manager for various risk management practice aids and guidance tools that aid practitioners in identifying client risks and developing mitigation plans. Projects include:• Creation of regional, office, engagement level risk management dashboards for Deloitte’s Attest Clients, including summaries of client revenue, service team years served, performance ratings, audit inspection ratings, program management and risk ratings to effectively drive at managing Deloitte’s Top Risky 100 clients.• Developed and implemented project plans, charters, SOWs, leadership and operational reports and processes for Client Acceptance and Client Continuance, including identification of new client engagements, documentation of acceptance procedures, status tracking and approvals.• Created and deployed webcasts, training guides, FAQ’s, practice aids and practitioner’s tools based on policy and system hierarchies, which has led to awards for outstanding performance related to project management.

As a member of the National Independence, Ethics & Compliance group, I served as the Deloitte Entity Search & Compliance (DESC) Services product manager and liaison with IT development teams. I provided subject matter expertise on system requirements, enhancements, functionality assessment and deployment.I led script development and 7 member unit acceptance testing team identifying errors in system performance and developing mitigation plans. Projects included:• Successful management of the development of DESC product business requirements, design specifications, training materials, communications and presentations. • Ensured DESC roll-out to global Member Firms, product issue resolution and monitoring. Ensured that all business requirements and UAT efforts were completed on time and within budget.
