I also manage Rostering and Scheduling, Uniforms, Catering, Crew Hotels, Accommodations and Allowances, and provisioning of Benefits.I was previously employed with United Airlines in the Onboard Service Division for 14 years, where I was responsible for various aspects of the Business pertaining to Onboard Service Delivery, Performance Management, Labour Relations, Training and Productivity. I also hold previous Management, Customer Service and Marketing experience in Exports while handling Procurement, Sales and Marketing with primary responsibility for the Asian, American and European markets.
