 Ensures Accounts payable and receivable are completed according to agreed terms and relevant company policy, develops accurate and comprehensive reports for Management to reflect financial movements. Monitor and report on status of Accounts Payable for GMAMCO LLC operations, raising payments and forwarding cheques for authorization in accordance with company policy. Answer queries regarding status of Accounts Payable from relevant parties. Custodian of all PDC’s and make sure cheques are being deposited as per the due date. Verify accuracy of invoice data entered and posted to accounts system. Reconcile Bank statements with accounts status for all financial transactions on monthly basis. Assist Finance Manager with preparation of Management reports. Provide information and advice to other departments to ensure they can meet financial obligations as requested. Data entry of vouchers/journals in accounting system.

 Receive all payments related to Residential, Commercial and Retail either by Cheque or Cash by computing as per payment terms and approved contract. Posting vouchers and daily receipts in Accounting software, processing vendor invoices, payments & disbursements via bank transfer and payments. Custodian of all PDC’s belongs to residential, commercial and retail units with a view to deposit according to the due date. Monitor details of non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities from the clients. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line, coordinating contact with collections department. Assist the finance team in terms of preparing daily purchase/sales journal entries, bank reconciliation statements in accounting system. Compute and record of all transactions related to other income and Rental, and keep track in compliance with UP’s financial policies and procedures. Assist the clients in case of any enquiries, grievances etc., Reconcile Bank statements with accounts status for all financial transactions on monthly basis. Enter data into accounts software and reconciliation spreadsheets and assist Accounts Specialist with reconciling and smooth closing of month. Maintain Petty Cash Accounts and record the disbursement transactions. Other duties assigned by Finance Manager.
