Identify and evaluate the talent of footballers with a view to signing established and talented young players to build a competitive team in collaboration with the Club’s philosophy- Manage the effective and efficient operation of the Club’s recruitment strategy for the first team, identify potential talent, regionally, nationally and internationally- Support the co-ordination of player recruitment, talent identification through the co-ordination of first team scouts, scouting team and coaches from the academy- Organise, brief and monitor the performance of the performance analysis department- Comply with all scouting protocols implemented by the Club’s scouting network- Carry out extensive background checks on a player that has been identified as potential talent for the Club - Determine whether a player has the desired technical attributes to succeed at first team level- Monitor potential player’s progress over a period of time, evaluating the player’s performances & consistency- Ensure player reports cover all dimensions of performance and potential, technical, physical, psychological and social. Monitor these reports and keep key staff updated- Support a team of scouts in the use of modern scouting methods with regards reporting, recording and tracking potential player targets- Scout personally and play a full role in identifying and recruiting players - Liaise with the Head Coach, Scouting Network and CEO with regards to the identification and signing of talented players

I am responsible for the provision of performance analysis, main tasks being pre-match opposition analysis and post match game review to the Head Coach and Assistant Coach. Working in close tandem with them has allowed me to gain an insight on the beautiful game and also the inner-workings of this football club.
