• Establish and implement ISO 9001: 2015 for the company.
• Designed screw conveyor for coal dust handling that is coupled to an industrial air filtration system.
• Manage the project for the fabrication of several district cooling systems specifically ice tanks, chilled water tanks, chilled water buffer tanks and chilled water piping.

Desa Petaling

• Designed heatpipe energy recovery systems for HVAC systems, dehumidifier systems and heat exchanger system.
• Managed prototype design, fabrication and testing of heatpipe energy recovery systems such as Air Precool-Reheat System (APRS) and Air Preheater System (APHS) for HVAC and dehumidifier systems respectively.
• Designing, drafting and liaising with client for approval of the drawing for the Air Precool-Reheat System (APRS), Air Preheater System (APHS), Heat Exchanger (HEX)and Hot Water Generator (HWG).
• Approval of pre-production drawing in accordance to client approval and specification for fabrication of Air Precool-Reheat System (APRS), Air Preheater System (APHS), Heat Exchanger (HEX)and Hot Water Generator (HWG).
• Sourcing, negotiations and procurement of materials for production requirement.
• Testing and commissioning of products or system at site.

Ceramics Laboratory Technology

• While undertaking my Masters Degree, I worked as Research Assistant in Ceramic Laboratory Technology with my role being to:
• Assist in IRPA project entitled “Development of High Toughness Hydroxyapatite By Incorporating Selective Dopants” (IRPA No. 03-02-03-SF0073) worth RM 295, 000.
• Supervise final year project student laboratory activities that covers advance ceramics materials such as
• Hydroxyapatite (HA), Alumina (Al2O3) and Zirconia (ZrO2)
• Perform non-destructive testing on material samples such as Vicker’s microhardness; Young’s modulus via ultrasonic; and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis.
• Worked as tutor in engineering subjects.

• Assigned to Quality Assurance (Q.A) department
• Designed and fabricated checking jig for product specification measurement during the manufacturing process

• Attached to Production Engineering (P.E) department
• Designed training program for the Production Engineering Department in using Pro-Engineer, a 3D-modelling program
• Convert manual QC drawing with checklist into computer QC CAD drawing with checklist to facilitate accurate QC checking and confirmation of specifications
