• Designed heatpipe energy recovery systems for HVAC systems, dehumidifier systems and heat exchanger system.• Managed prototype design, fabrication and testing of heatpipe energy recovery systems such as Air Precool-Reheat System (APRS) and Air Preheater System (APHS) for HVAC and dehumidifier systems respectively.• Designing, drafting and liaising with client for approval of the drawing for the Air Precool-Reheat System (APRS), Air Preheater System (APHS), Heat Exchanger (HEX)and Hot Water Generator (HWG).• Approval of pre-production drawing in accordance to client approval and specification for fabrication of Air Precool-Reheat System (APRS), Air Preheater System (APHS), Heat Exchanger (HEX)and Hot Water Generator (HWG).• Sourcing, negotiations and procurement of materials for production requirement.• Testing and commissioning of products or system at site.

While undertaking my Masters Degree, I worked as Research Assistant in Ceramic Laboratory Technology with my role being to :• Assist in IRPA project entitled “Development of High Toughness Hydroxyapatite By Incorporating Selective Dopants” (IRPA No. 03-02-03-SF0073) worth RM 295, 000.• Supervise final year project student laboratory activities that covers advance ceramics materials such as • Hydroxyapatite (HA), Alumina (Al2O3) and Zirconia (ZrO2)• Perform non-destructive testing on material samples such as Vicker’s microhardness; Young’s modulus via ultrasonic; and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis.• Worked as tutor in engineering subjects.
