- Research and deliver a proof of concept for business development in Japan.- A part of my assignment took place in Morocco as the general manager of the luxury guesthouse Dar Ahlam to learn the ins and outs of the concept of “Maisons des rêves” (dream house) to later open a dream house in Japan.- Oversaw the opening of a physical shop of La Pâtisserie des Rêves, rue de Longchamp, Paris (I hired and trained the staff, oversaw all administrative tasks, logistics and communication).- Started on the proof of concept for a pastry store in Japan, which opened and operated successfully in Kyoto, Japan in 2012.

- Launch of the website Workshop-Isse and its e-shop, which meant again terms and conditions, return process, pictures, but also an immense content production (explain the specificities of the Japanese delicacies, be it sake, seaweeds, rice, beverages etc for the webshop)- Started and maintained their social media presence,- Developed the B2B sales activity to French chefs with Michelin stars by organizing a planning of visits, regular phone calls, newsletter about new products arrival.- Represented the company at professional food and wine fairs.- Organized a press trip to Japan with sommeliers and journalists to discover the Japanese sake

- Launched a very successful online shopping website for the brand Lollipops- Achieved an impressive ranking within the top 3 for sales revenue for the Lollipops brand under 6 months.- Remarkably, this ranking positioned the webshop right behind the two physical corner shops in Parisian department stores, all while maintaining the lowest operating costs.
